    Low-Stimulation Travel with PMDD: Pack List & Planning Tips

    Traveling during PMDD can be stressful, but being prepared can help lessen the impact of symptoms and overwhelm

    Before you go

    • Check cycle window to prepare yourself
    • schedule "buffer days" if possible
    • pre-book quiet hotel room (high floor, away from elevators).

    Pack list (PMDD edition)

    • Noise-canceling headphones
    • eye mask
    • tea/portable snack kit
    • meds/supplements
    • soft scarf/hoodie
    • journal + pen
    • small LED nightlight
    • create a soothing playlist ahead of time
    • coloring book & crayons
