For you, symptoms may not begin until the week before your period begins, but for some, like me, they begin at ovulation. And there are clues...and not just the clinical ones...let's get into them

humans - they exist and it bothers you

sudden rage snaps  - you snap at small things because everything starts to feel like they're all big things

the sudden urge to divorce - how many times can you plan a divorce in one year?

doom-thoughts - obsessive negative thoughts begin

body heaviness - everything suddenly feels a little more impossible than it did yesterday

sensory overload - everything suddenly becomes too much

your favorite person in the world is suddenly getting on your nerves

the mirror - the mirror becomes your enemy overnight and you have a hard time looking yourself in the eye

the mirror again - you wake up and you swear you weren't this ugly yesterday

you think about quitting your job ....again
