If you visit SeaPaints and discover the shop isn't open for orders or is showing all of the shades out of stock, you haven’t missed us forever. We've just changed how we operate a bit.

SeaPaint now only opens quarterly. 

4 days a year.

1 day each quarter, we restock SeaPaint with 13 classic signature shades as well as 13 new shades.

The 13 signature shades change from quarter to quarter, but we do our best to include your favorites and rotate them so you get access to all of them throughout the year. The seasonal shades change with the seasons. 

If you see a familiar favorite, snag it while we have it. It might not make it to the next color drop’s rotation.

Warning ⚠️ Most of the time, several shades do sell out.

There are some tips though. 

Here’s what you should know:

1. When Does SeaPaint Open?

SeaPaint's last day open in 2026 is Oct 13th. 

Below is the schedule for 2027.

February 13

May 13

August 13

November 13

Feel free to add those dates on your calendar. 

2. Join the notification list

The only reliable way to make sure you don't miss a chance to get the shades, is to sign up for notices.

3. What shades will be available?

Each color drop we will have 13 signature shades and 13 new limited edition shades. We do accept color requests. Use the chat button to submit one. 

4. Look for the seasonal shades

Each quarterly opening brings new seasonal shades to choose from, usually on par with what the season is associated  with.

⚠️ SeaPaint Seasonal Shades colors are limited edition, so availability can change. A shade you saw during one opening may not return for the next one, and sold-out shades may be retired.

If you have your heart set on a particular color, considering joining our membership program to get first dibs with early release access. 

5. Order during an opening

When an ordering day arrives, visit the website (SeaPaints.com & jesssea.co), check the available shades, and choose your shades in pairs, as they are buy one get one free. 
You can even mix and match.
